Well, I got it within a week.
It came in 2 boxes: one for rear gear and motor box, and one for the bike assemblies.
It was a bit difficult to assemble by myself. You need have at least 2 people to assemble: especially when you had to assemble the rear unit.
In general, the instruction was clear enough, but it still needs to show how some parts were assembled afterward.
The left rear wheel was bent a little. But, I decided not to ask for the replacement, since it worked fine with a bit of wobbles. Too much hassle for me to deal with it.
It was a kind of tricky to adjust front brake since it was not really aligned well.
After putting on the wheels, the front brake had to be adjusted for the optimal setting.
I was able to pedal using a bit of help from the motor since I do not have enough strength to start moving the bike: it is a bit heavy.
Otherwise, I was able to cruise around the neighbor and was able to go to supermarkets about a couple of miles away.
Overall, it is a good bike to have for people who has a limited mobility to get out and walk or bike neighbors again.
I hope that it lasts at least a couple years.
