(More customer reviews)Pedro's Prestige Floor Pump that I just received has the same part number: 6450500, BUT it has hard plastic handle, cheap black plastic base (not Steel Barrel and Base as stated in the description). And it looks cheap and flimsy comparing to the pump pictured on Amazon. Looks like Pedro's decided to make it a bit more "cost effective". Don't waste your money.
