(More customer reviews)Purchased for my 92yr old pop who no longer feels he can safely drive his auto. Gives him easy access to local shops, bank, post office etc. at speeds he is comfotable with. Easy to use and seems very well built. Since it is electric it falls under the same laws and rules(Nevada)governing bycicles so no special licence needed.
