I am surprised to read the previous review that the product broke after a few uses. My neighbor also owns the same trailer for the past 5 months and never had any parts broken. I am actually getting the second identical trailer, so my husband and I can go for the ride with our 2 kids at the same time. I highly recommend this product.

We are more frustrated with the company because we were missing 3 washers used to attach the trick posts (we rec'd one) and we are still waiting to get them. We've called 4x and just today were told that these parts weren't needed and that they did not have them in stock b/c the bike is new. We DO need these washers and feel the company should provide them. So the bike is GREAT but the company definitely needs some work with their customer service.

OnGuard Mastiff 5019LP Bicycle Chain Lock Review

(More customer reviews)I was bought a 5019LP recently, and was curious about how strong this chain really is - so I decided to test it for myself. I figured that it was worth losing a link of length to know if it's as strong as they claim. Yes, I'm an enginerd.
I took the 5019LP to a nearby hardware store and grabbed the largest bolt cutters I could find (a 36", $50 unit). I found a quiet aisle and put the final link (the regular link end, not the big link) in the jaws, braced one handle of the bolt cutters against the floor and then started whaling on the other handle. I threw all my weight against it, bounced up and down on the handle, tried some different positions on the chain and in the jaws, but the chain did not cut. There was only a minor indentation on the link (

Burley Nomad Cargo Rack Review

I would not get the trailer without this rack because it just gives you that many more options. I've strapped on fishing poles and tripods that are too long for the trailer itself and it works like a champ. Well worth the additional cost.

OnGuard Doberman 5028 Bicycle Coil Cable Lock Review

(More customer reviews)The product is okay...and like everyone says, if someone wanted to steal your bike, then it doesn't really matter what kind of cable lock you have on it.
It is long enough to go through all parts of my bike and still lock. I didn't like the fact that it is advertised as coming with 5 keys, one of which has a light on it so you can see the lock at night time. I was kind of looking forward to that since I do a lot of night time riding and early morning riding...but unfortunately, the lock came with five keys, none of which had a light.
I used to have the rottweiler but from a different brand, and it was awesome, but wasn't long enough to take the frame and front tire...and I put a lot of wear and tear on it because I made it work anyway.
I'd recommend a thicker lock if you're worried...I wouldn't trust my bike locked up all night with this.

The gun works well but air bubbles make it stop. Great for use in high p ressure grease ports and lating a thin line of grease on something.

Mostly in spots that are more of the toddler safety areas (tubing etc) so when those parts come off it should not be a big deal. Great that it has the foot rest for little ones that can't peddle but unless they keep their feet down they could get them caught in the front wheel. We had to be extra cautious before my daughter understood to keep her feet down. All in all we LOVE it and I can't wait till she is riding it solo. Only wish it had some safety ratings....

Pedro's Ice Wax All Purpose Bicycle Chain Lube (4-Ounce Drip) Review

(More customer reviews)I ride about 50 miles per week, and Ice Wax is my favorite lube - I've been using it for about 3 years. I *really* dislike having to clean grunge off my chain, and with Ice Wax I can go most of a season without any buildup. Just add more every day (or few days, if you do mostly short rides). But it does have limitations:
1. It doesn't like to get wet. I do ride in damp conditions frequently (upstate NY, year-round), but I don't slosh through puddles, and I don't ride in rainstorms (not on purpose, anyway). If the chain gets wet, you have to reapply the lube.
2. You have to use a lot more than you may be used to, if you're switching from oil-based lube. With oil-based lubes, it's very important to not use too much, to avoid grunge. With Ice Wax, slosh it on, the more the better.

(More customer reviews)I bought this bike from KMart on super clearance. If I told you how much I paid, you'd never believe me. Point being, the price above is much too much for a discontinued bike. The seat was murder. I went biking and struggles to complete 9 miles. So glad I turned back when I did because I'm still in pain from Sunday and it's Tuesday. I highly recommend changing this seat. It feels like you're being branded like a cow to the bone...seriously. This bike is very sturdy. I weigh a lil over 200 lbs, but I love outdoor activities. This bike does lose a lil bit of efficiency on gravel, but the factory tires handle very well. I would recommend this to a beginner biker like me, but not someone learning to ride. This bike is not very lightweight and would not be "fall friendly."

Nirve B 1 Cruiser 1 speed Men's Tempest Bicycle (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this bike for my wife for her birthday and she loves it. It features high quality construction, a great paint job, and a very nice ride. A couple things to note however:
First, the powder blue color that is featured in the photo and the description is not what I received. The bike that was delivered is navy blue (this is more a criticism of Amazon than the bike). Fortunately, my wife still loves it.
Second, the assembly process was not as straightforward as I was expecting. The bike comes with much of the bike assembled, but you do have to spend some time putting on the handlebars, the fenders, the seat, and the front-brake. The instructions were insufficient, leaving out important steps and causing me to have to undo steps and redo them as I figured out the proper way to put the bike together. That said, I was able to get through it, and it turned out to be a rewarding, though time-consuming, process.
A couple tips to help you avoid making the same mistakes I did: 1) be sure to fasten the rear reflector before tightening down the fender. 2) be sure to attach the front fender before rigging the front brake. These are probably obvious if you've worked much with bikes, but as I said, the instructions are vague.
All in all, and now that it's put together, I'm very satisfied. By the way, this was for the single-speed bike. I'm not sure how much additional assembly would be necessary for the three-speed version.
