(More customer reviews)The Pedro's Cable Puller is a serviceable tool that is about the same quality as all the rest, with, perhaps, the exception of Park Tools cable puller. The Park tool appears to have more padding on its blue vinyl handle than the Pedro's thin, yellow tool grip. The thickness of the padding is not a big deal, but the Pedro's tool compares more to the Avenir line rather than a Park tool. I suggest you find the lowest priced tool, buy it. The park tool is closer to $40, this one is half that. Icetoolz are also a good buy.
