(More customer reviews)I ordered this bike directly through 2Wheelbikes. The bike arrived damaged beyond belief. I first took it to a bike shop to have it serviced, but even the bike shop said it was beyond any repair. They suggested I return the bike. I called the company, the guy there was very nice and offered to process a refund. Since I really wanted the bike, I suggested that I would drive to their location in Arcadia and exchange it for a new one. They were nice enough to assemble the new bike for me, but when I brought it home, I realized that the brakes needed adjustment. So I took it back to the local bike shop. They told me that the cables were too long and needed to be trimmed and rewired, the brakes needed a lot of work and there were other issues with the bike. After spending close to $100 on the repair, I wish I had simply returned the bike and bought a different brand elsewhere. 2Wheelbikes told me that the damage to the first bike was a result of the shipping company, but after seeing the second bike (which was not shipped) I'm convinced that the quality of this bike brand is extremely poor. Also, the bike shop said it looked like the bike suffered a severe impact. Oddly enough, the box did not appear damaged in anyway. So I doubt it was the shipping company's fault. I would not recommend buying this brand. It's not even worth the $300.
